"Treetops ward"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

I am in awe of the brilliant team on this ward. The way the treat both children and adults is wonderful. My seven year old is very nervousness of hospitals and procedures but from the moment we arrived last night they have done all they could to put him at ease. Their method of taking blood samples is genius and he didn't even notice it had been done. I will never see bubbles in the same way again. He is improving thanks to such professional and thoughtful staff. Thank you everyone our NHS is as good because of the people working for it.
