"blood tests have gone missing"

About: Manor Hospital

I had an appointment with a Consultant of manor Hospital in January and was asked to take blood tests and the results would be forwarded to my GP. my GP has never received them. I have yet again been let down by the service at Manor Hospital. who do i contact to chase this up? im so fed up with the incompetence of this hospital.
