From the rude, unprofessional reception staff to the lack of appointments, waiting time and the unfriendly, impersonal quality of service from the GP's. After many many years being registered with North Croydon Medical Centre, I am about to change to another local medical centre as I've had enough dissatisfaction.
I will be making official complaints.
