"Rude and lazy staff"

Do not waste your time going to this hospital. I was kept waiting 6 hours with syringe in my arm. I then had to ask an apprentice for the toilet as the staff just ignored me. Then after 6 hours i was about to leave the 'too busy' staff decided to verbally attack me. Probably because they know they have multiple aggressive security and the police are on speed dial and would take their side. Even the cleaners are rude. Its no wonder there are so many reinforced glasses and multiple security. Aggressiveness begets aggressiveness. Pathetic place.
