It was very frustrating waiting for a nurse to answer my buzzer - on one occasion, I waited 50 mins to be taken to the toilet.
I was in a ward with 5 elderly women, who couldn't go to the toilet and so had to rely on nurses to bring bed pans. Consequently, the ward smelled of urine and beds were always having to be changed because of accidents.
My last day was extremely worrying, They removed the lady next to me, her bed, her chair etc. to a side ward. They removed curtains, scrubbed the floor and replaced the curtains with clean ones. This made me think that there could be MRSA perhaps?
