Brought my frail 89 year old Mother into Saphire Ward yesterday for fluid drain, which she has had done several times, all with overnight stay which she finds stressful. Sapphire ward was calm quiet and efficiently run, all staff were kind and sympathtic to Mums needs. She even managed to sleep for 2 hours. She was allowed home at 5·30pm. This is certainly the way forward. Well dine Saphire Ward. Wow One thing I would ask is could you bring your webpage up to date. I checked out Saphire Ward and spent an uneasy night worrying that it was for mental health patients!
