Had an appointment at the ENT dept for my 3yr old, extremely ignorant and uncooperative and after complaining had a second appointment a week later, that was as bad in fact probably even worse, really ignorant doctors. Made to feel very unwelcome. taking this further... needs looking into the way patients are treated at this appalling department.No Manners, No Patient Respect, No bedside manner, No real interest shown , No Politeness or helpfulness at all. Go elswhere for your treatment and complain, it needs sorting!
