What I liked

I have to go to Newmarket every so often for checks on my glaucoma. I am always seen by the consultant, who is friendly, helpful and informative. I have also been here for some skin-related treatment. I think everyone at this hospital is professional, friendly, welcoming and reassuring. I have experienced other hospital treatment and think Newmarket rates with the best.

What could be improved

The queueing system at reception can be a bit iffy, relying on patients or very busy staff knowing who got there first. Perhaps some kind of assured queueing system? A minor issue.

Anything else?

Not without nit-picking.
