(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I feel the service has been very useful and beneficial to me. It has helped me understand the grieving process and where I am in that process. I feel it has also equipped me with techniques which I can use to help me navigate this process. I very much enjoyed working with Litsa so a big thank you.
