My GP was fantastic – he took time to listen and understood my concerns. He took my concerns seriously, made a thorough examination and clearly explained his proposed actions and solutions with his reasoning. He also clearly explained the referral process.
The referral team took several days to contact me. The initial appointment offered was outside the area at Russell’s Hall. When I turned it down, the next available appointment was some weeks later, which I was disappointed with.
The consultant that I saw was excellent – courteous, professional and thorough.
