"Switch-board; you must be joking !"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

Spent 35 minutes trying to contact neurology ward. Sister referred me back to said switch-board. What sort of service is this? Left 10 minutes on an unanswered ringing line. Eventually ward 17 sister answered, person I need "doesn't work thursdays, ring tomorrow" 35 minute runaround ! No help available throughout the whole preston hospital ! Ridiculous.
