"fantastic precare and aftercare"

this was the first time I had been in hospital for a major operation, but from the initial consultation through to the day of my discharge I was completely satisfied with the whole experience. I'm not going to draw attention to the phases of delays and waits which are a part of the working life of any medical facility, but the level of detail, communication, general friendliness of all the staff and the compassion they showed towards me made the whole experience as good as I could expect. thank you to all the staff involved in the whole of my on-going treatment cycle. very happy.
