"'crisis' team"

About: The Bradgate Mental Health Unit

It wouldn't exactly hurt to crack a smile when you first meet someone or a 'hello are you ok' clearly you're on ok but it would be nice to be asked or a smile. They were so rude they had really bad attitude and kept sighing at me. I will never see those people ever again. Horrible experience don't waste your time on these people.

Response from The Bradgate Mental Health Unit

From Chris Crane, manager of Single Point of Access, Assessment and Home Treatment Services (including Crisis team) at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust: “I am sorry to hear you feel so unhappy about your experience. Please let me assure you that the behaviour you have described isn’t what we expect from any of our team, who strive to provide people with appropriate, high quality care at what is very often a time of great distress. I want you to feel confident that the right kind of care is available to you – and that you would continue to access support if and when you need to. So can I ask you to contact me directly? We can discuss your experience and, with more information, I can look into your concerns further – this will help me to find out if there are things we need to change. You can email me at chris.crane@leicspart.nhs.uk If you would prefer not to speak directly to me or someone else from the service, our customer service team is here to provide support and help. They can advise you and investigate your concerns. You can either email them at customerservices@leicspart.nhs.uk or call them on 0116 295 0830 or 0831 any time between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
