"A gem of a hospital"

From my first consultation to my actual operation, I cannot thank all the staff enough for their kindness and support. On the day of my operation, everything was explained to me in detail as to what was going to happen, Bearing in mind, I am an 82 years of age,and this seemed daunting to me, however, I need not have worried, as the staff put me at ease straight away, they felt more like friends. I would not hesitate at all recommending anyone to have treatment or surgery there, it was impeccable. Hopefully I wont have to return again, however if I did, I would not mind, as it was like a Hotel with caring staff, not like a normal hospital where you are just a number, and sometimes an inconvenience.
