"Car Parking and reception"

About: Princess of Wales Hospital

Treatment at the Princess of Wales is very good and the staff could not be more helpful. The problem is the site. The car parking is very poor (there were no spaces when I arrived) and there is no reception or central information point. I was asked by two other patients if I knew where a particular department was!

Thank you for your positive feedback regarding the services at the Princess of Wales Hospital. We also note your comments regarding the car parking and we are currently exploring the options to increase the number of spaces available on the site. We are also trying to recruit volunteers to support the reception function as I can appreciate that navigating around the site can be difficult if you don't know where you need to go. To also support the site navigation we are in the process of improving the signage to help visitors find their way to the various service on site.
