At a worrying time, I was treated with exceptional care throughout. All the staff I came into contact with, from the receptionist, through nursing staff to the consultant and anaesthetist, were professional yet friendly, and inspired great confidence. Ward 21 was clean and comfortable and very well run. A wonderful advertisement for the NHS.
