I was admitted last Wednesday after having been diagnosed with pneumonia on my lung along with a very bad chest infection and an asthma condition that I suffer from. I first of all went to the urgent care unit at the Chase Farm Hospital who unfortunately do not have enough facilitates anymore to cater for local residents. However they were quick enough to examine me and diagnose my complaint. they then speedily got an ambulance to take me to Barnet General where I was taken straight into the urgent care unit and then on through to casualty department and placed in a cubicle of which I was attended to round the clock. I was made to feel at ease and with much consideration from all the doctors nurses paramedics and all the staff there. I was given food and drink and was also examined by some excellent doctors. After a time I was admitted to Quince ward who were absolutely brilliant and also had a stay due to my condition in juniper ward too who were equally as efficient with kind care and consideration. No matter what people think about delays in hospitals I can assure you that these people work round the clock multitasking for everyone's benefit. so a bit of patience is needed. I wish everyone in the hospital well and hope that even if they are suffering that they are getting the very best of comfort and attention.
"With great care and attention."
