About: Medway Maritime Hospital

I was sent to this hospital by GP, because it supposedly used PDT for BCCs. I was told by the Dermatologist at my appointment that they did not offer PDT in Kent, but he could do it privately. I have since found out that they do. So will be reporting this Dermatologist to BMA

We have very recently provided this treatment for a small number of patients and are liaising with the Clinical Commissioning Group to agree whether they are willing to commission this service from us for patients from Medway.
