I had cause to visit Russell's Hall Hospital A & E yesterday with my daughter. The ED was quiet, efficient and professional. The staff were quick & polite, and we were both delighted by the care we received. In an era where everyone is encouraged to complain, I just thought I'd set the record straight. Thank You Russell's Hall.
