"disabled parking and received a parking ticket"

I visit the royal free every month to attend oncology and now i have received a parking ticket from eye in the sky how outraged am i as I parked in the designated disabled bays and now i have a ticket in the post i have been attend the hospital for over 3 years and now i receive this parking ticket. This is ridiculous and now i have to sending off an appeal for a £100 pound fine. I need someone to look into this for me and help and make sure that this does not happen again as this is something that I do not need as well as my illness, as i have to attend the hospital all the time for my appointments
