"Treatment for a Suspected Heart Attack"

I was taken to hospital with a suspected heart attack. The response by the hospital was immediate and, in my opinion, could not have been better. In particular, I wish to thank the consultant and her nursing staff, whose attention was prompt, authoritative, confident and friendly. All the staff and the consultant in particular showed great concern and a very positive attitude to my well being. Fortunately, my complaint turned out to be less serious than suspected and I was discharged after all tests were completed. Prof Ian K Smith
