My daughter went in with severe headache, nausea, mood swings, paralysis of the limbs, blackouts, they refused to give her a scan, saying its migraine, told them there is a history of cancer in the family, still refused a scan, after 13 apts still refused a scan, she died of cancer to brain and spine, only age 16, they do not listen, and sorry is going to bring her back, be warned everyone, you will not receive the treatment you ask for

Thank you for your comments. We are very sorry for the death of your daughter, who had a very rare condition and was seen by a number of different health professionals. The clinicians who looked after her have met to discuss what happened and reflect upon the findings of the inquest. We are absolutely committed to learning from what happened to your daughter, and we are improving our training and clinical procedures as a direct result of her very sad death.
