"Way too long wait at the dental hospital"

I had a simple dental review today, just to be told that they would go ahead with my procedure and let me know the options available to me. It took them about an hour to actually see me. The least I can say is that I was unhappy! Although the personal was very friendly, I feel like they should have made sure that my name was on the list. I did register when I first came in and have been told to sit and wait. I know that sometimes there can be a long wait but today the waiting room was not that busy. If I hadn't asked about 30 min in, I believe they would have had me wait even longer than the hour. At least the nurse who took me in was apologetic. This is not reassuring as I've got my procedure in two month time. I hope there will be some improvement by then.
