I was referred by my doctor for minor facial surgery and after an initial consultation I underwent the surgery yesterday. I was quite apprehensive as the surgery was near my eye but I was very pleased that it all went extremely well. The staff were very understanding and once I had received the local anaesthetic I was able to talk and listen to them as well as the calming classical music being played. I was treated with great courtesy and everything was explained to me clearly. The operation was carried out efficiently and carefully and I am currently recuperating with no complications at home. Thank you to the doctors and nurses who treated me.
