"Unbelievably rude!"

I live about 2 hours away from Boston and got referred here due to my son having a tongue tie to get it cut, my Hosptial doctor and health visitor all recommended Boston and all statedy sons problem with gaining weight and not feeding properly is related to his tongue. As we got referred we waited for a later to see if the procedure could be taken place and got an appointment on the 14th January as we got there the parking was horrible. The consultant who saw us had no idea of my sons age or dob or the reasoning why we was there, he was extremely rude towards me and my partner as we are both young and then after being extremely rough with my 10 week old son told us they cannot do the procedure and his weight problem had nothing to do with his tongue which it clearly states on the nhs website it is. Not at all pleased with his Hosptial and definitely would not recommend it! Following my doctors advice I have made a formal complaint and going to send a written one, even the receptionist was rude towards me!
