"ward 19"

My mum became ill while travelling in the UK she ended up been admitted to RVI. From the time she was arrived in A&E and then ICU and finally ward 19 her care was excellent we were kept up to date with what wass happening. When we had problems with the travel insurance company the doctors went out of their way to sort it out. Everyone always smiled and said hello and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. IN particular the staff in ward 19 who kept mum company on christmas day when we were unable to see her. All the staff seemed to get on well together and were all very friendly. The whole hospital looked very clean
