"Advanced equipment but it's operated by amateurs"

Had an operation there. The hospital is well equiped with the latest gadgets. its clean and modern but the problem is people who work there! I had developed large hemmoraging post-op. when i came to my first post-op appointment complaining abt the pain which was not normal given how long its been after the operation, ie i was supposed to be fully recovered whilst i was barely walking and couldnt even stand straight, the consultant practically said im ipohondriac! I went to another hospital and made a scan which revealed large hemorraghing consistent with the pain symthoms i was having and when i went back to lister, the sugeon practically said that im making that stuff up and sent me for the same scan again! When lister's own scan confirmed the hemmoraging, and they finally decided to investigate what if anything went wrong during the op it turned out that the video recorder was not on, hence no video record of the op, at which point they suggested that i need another surgery to correct the first surgery, which i of course decided not to do with them!
