"Grandmother in Law"

My elderly and fragile grandmother in law was admitted to the x-ray department unable to move freely. Fortunately, she did not have a break but the staff were going to discharge her without any assistance or help. They didnt refer her to A&E or a triage nurse. The fact that she was 76 and could barely move was not something the staff were interested in. I have complained to the hospital but it has been given a token response and the staff supported by the hierarchy.
