"Horrible ward 23"

Thank you for providing feedback on your stay on Ward 23 at University Hospital in December 2013. Whilst you are complimentary about the care you received from the consultant and doctors it is unfortunate that you were not happy with your contact with the nurses and support worker. The feedback that we get from that ward doesn’t correlate with your experience and we would like to discuss this with you.
