"Ear Syringing Wait - Agony"

Spent al christmas in alot of pain with inner ear infection, GP faxed urgent request to ENT clinic and I called the dept many times to been told no one to syringe ears until 6th Jan, still cant get through to Hospital and GP says I have to chase myself or go to A&E, my daughter is trying to get through to hospital today before I go to A&E as the pain is now unbearable - very dissapointing service. Ear Dressing No just rings out with no voicemail, rang Hospital reception 3 times today and just rings out, trying Halton No now and currently 7th in the queue.
