I am aware of how frightening it can be to witness a baby experience febrile convulsions. The kindness, helpfulness and professional attention that you describe in your letter is exactly what we’d want every one of our patients to receive, every day, across all of our hospitals and community services. We are very proud of our teams and their commitment to provide the best possible care at all times and we are also very grateful when patients and families take the time to give us feedback.
