"The booking service links need reviewing"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I arrived at Specsavers and it would seem the appointment had not been told to them. It seems the two systems do not always take to each other.

However, Specsavers fitted me in and I was pleased with their level of care and service offered.

Suggest the booking service links need reviewing!

Dear 'Narrow42 '

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Due to the anonymous nature of Patient Opinion I am unable to comment in detail in regards to the apparent confusion with your appointment. TRAQS uses a system called 'Choose an Book' that allows us to book appointments directly with most local clinics and providers. Once we book an apppointment this should link electronically to Specsavers. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Nevertheless, we are extremely pleased to hear that you are happy with the service you received at Specsavers.
