What I liked

I was able to park nearby.

What could be improved

There was no privacy for patients other than a screen of material. The waiting area was full and the clinical examinations were taking place within inches of the waiting area. Everyone in the very full waiting area could hear what the medical staff and patients were saying to each other.

Anything else?

One Registrar looking after so many patients was unfair to all concerned. Although the department is open tilll 10pm you don't really expect to be there at that time when you have been refered as an emergency by your GP before noon.
