About: Rowley Hall Hospital Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I required a hernia operation and was very pleased to be contacted by TRAQS and given a choice of hospital. I found Rowley Hall to be an excellent place to go to.

I did not have to wait long to have my operation. The whole experience was good. Staff there are very kind and helpful.

I have on criticism it is that I was sent home after the operation with very mild painkillers (I was not in pain when I left as it was covered by anaesthetic and an injection).

Consequently I had to travel back the next day and be given stronger tablets as it I was in a lot of pain.

TRAQS is a very good way of organising appointments.
