Thank you for a top class service today. Thank you so very much to lovely gentle nurse who talked in my ear throughout the whole procedure - I think I would have screamed without her but I didn't and the very kind and gentle endoscopist was able to successfully perform the procedure and hopefully we have found out what has been making me feel unwell for so long. Thank you thank you thank you - you were amazing, superb, magnificent. I am indebted.
