"Poor follow-up care!"

About: Broomfield Hospital

I was admitted to EAU via A&E in February. I was transferred to short stay ward where I stayed for almost a week. Discharged home to await follow-up investigations as an out patient. Two months on and several telephone calls later (whereby I am frequently cut off) no one has been able to help me track my follow-up appointments. I have been told that I am not on the system for out-patient appointment. I cannot contact the ward or in fact anyone who can assist me in any way, shape, or form. Have I been lost in the system? What system? No I would not recommend this hospital for treatment.
