"Appointment booking nightmare"

How anyone ever books and appointment at this place is beyond me. I have been ringing since 8:30pm and noone picks up the phone. This si horrific. you have receptionists for a reason and i think H&E need to re-think theres. Harlows isnt any better as tried to get through to them. And i bet if i lose my physio because i cant get through it will be my problem! If i didnt work it wouldnt be a problem because i would go there.... Top tip of the day.... Get new reception staff or more.
