About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

Staff just putting me on hold and transferring to a different department. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and speaking to me in a sarcastic manner as if I did not understand what she was saying. Solutions to a problem were not offered instead she started to be argumentative. Very poor customer service ans no social skills!
