"TRAQS system very good on the whole"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

TRAQS system very good on the whole. Very good experience from appointment to attending the clinic.

Appointment time was a little later than should have been.

3: 20 was actually seen by doctor just after 3: 30. Not bad at all really.
