(as a service user),

I had vaginal bleeding – saw GP, referred to hospital.

Seen for scan and biopsy within 2 weeks.

Then within a month had a camera test.

Fully satisfied.

However, it appears that the nature of your referal may not have been processed by our team.

With regard to your GP it is always rewarding to receive positive comments; although TRAQS is unable to forward your comment to your GP Practice. Therefore, I suggest you may wish to contact the Practice Manager direct, who willl be pleased to pass you comments onto your GP.

With regard to your treatment at the hospital please may we direct you the Patient Advice Liaison Officer (PALS). They will be able to take your comments further on behalf of the individual hospital concerned.
