"A charming young man organised an appointment within 2 weeks"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Saw doctor re complaint, she recommended I see a consultant.

3 weeks later TRAQS contacted me and a charming young man organised an appointment within 2 weeks at North Staffs University Hospital.

Hospital then rang me and said I could bring my appointment forward a week. I did and now have to wait to go to another clinic for a further test.

North Staffs arranged the appointment for March.
