What I liked
Clean and efficient. Successful outcome, Food pretty good with several choices at each mealtime (not having to order 24 hours in advance as I've experienced before)
What could be improved
Nurses seemed friendly and efficient but they seemed unable to hear the call bells all the time (elm ward) especially in the early hours!.
Anything else?
Would have been nice to have a ward round on a Saturday ( day after my op) for a quick word of encouragement
