"Brilliant renal department"

About: Leicester General Hospital

I have visited the renal department twice within 6 weeks and as an extremely anxious person, I found that all of the staff that I encountered, were very calming and kind and put me at ease, as much as I could have been. The receptionists, the ultra sound department[ Doctor and Nurse], the Consultants were equally lovely. I tell all my friends and family just how wonderful you all are. I have no experience of being an "in-patient"[thank goodness], but I'm sure that the compassion and kindness follow through the whole hospital. Many thanks to you all, although I hope that I won't be seeing you again as a patient. Mrs.Denise Bennett Lincoln
