"Reception , CT and Urology"

Just want to say thank you to the staff at Good hope hospital who have just cared for me . I found all the staff that I saw was brilliant , reception staff are friendly and updated my records correctly there and then , Staff in the CT department was very good and reassured me the scan is nothing to worry about and took time to talk me thru it and was I wasn't there for long at all . This morning I had an appointment in the Urology department which I haven't been looking forward too but the nurses really put my mind at rest . The consultant and his team was brilliant they explained everything to me and carried out the procedure quickly and effecifly and they are friendly . So I have had a real good experience with GoodHope hospital
