Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. It is always lovely for the staff to receive praise when they have done something well. We know how important it is to patients to be listened to when they attend hospital and it is very reassuring to hear that your daughter felt listened to and in control. Your compliments have been shared with the staff in the Paediatrics Department.
