"Brilliant, caring staff & good facilities"

About: Westbourne Green Community Hospital

My Dad was in here for approx 4 weeks & the staff were all fantastic. He was lucky enough to have a private room & was cared for well with focus being on rehabilitating him as much as possible. I found the Sisters in charge of the ward very helpful & easy to communicate with & likewise the various therapists/ therapy assistants.

Dear Sue, I am sorry you did not get a response at the time, some problems with the website meant we did not see your comments at the time.

However i am really pleased that your felt your Dad received really good care, and that the family felt involved and well supported by the team.

As a community hospital staff do work hard to make it feel more homely as many of the patients are there to help them get ready to go back home. Thank you for your feedback.
