What I liked

I had an operation in the Day Surgery ward at K&C on 5/12/08. From the moment I arrived, to when I left the whole experience was superb and faultless! All the staff are wonderfully caring and have excellent communication and clinical skills. I am a nurse myself, now working in the private sector, and am a bit fussy at times! However, I found nothing to find fault with or moan about! This department is a real credit to the nhs, thank you and well done!

What could be improved

Anything else?

I was also in the care of this Day surgery unit 3 years ago, and am so glad that the service is still excellent.
