"Excellent Staff in Cardiology Dept"

What a friendly lovely team. Met by a member of staff on Thursday 3rd April to have an ECG monitor fitted. She was so welcoming and smiley and my concerns about the fitting immediately disappeared. Then on Friday 4th I was having an echocardiogram and felt particularly worried and anxious about any potential findings, notwithstanding having to strip to the waist. However, they could not have been more professional. He quickly detected my feelings and was caring with his approach which put me immediately at ease. A helpful skill to have with patients given the nature of the testing! A great experience for what must be a difficult and demanding job, thank you.
