"Unreasonable waiting time for urodynamics test"

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Urology service, we always welcome patients views and share with our staff for learning and improving. I am sorry that you were not given an explanation by staff as to what happens next for you in regards to the appointment date for your urology test, I would like to take this opportunity to explain the process. The required test is only carried out by the Consultant, on his instructions; he feels that once he has completed the test he can then proceed with the right treatment plan for you. The reason that staff did not give you a date is because you will be contacted by the Outpatient Booking Centre at a time nearer to the pending appointment. This is to enable us to offer you an appointment date and time that is convenient for you to attend for the test.
