"Voice mail ineffective"

About: Royal Gwent Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Numerous calls to orthopaedic department at RGH reach voice mails but despite leaving contact details the calls are never returned. This represents, in my opinion, serious failings in communications and work practices and leads to frustration on the part of patients.
